Welcome to the British Combat Ninjutsu Association website
In today’s world there is an ever-growing need to protect oneself. Violent attacks are commonplace and it seems as if every week someone is killed in the capital. Everyone has the right to feel safe, yet we can all be at risk, whether young or old, male or female. To be able to survive in a violent world, action must be taken. Perhaps the most usual route is to take self-defence classes or learn a martial art.
Ninjutsu is a Japanese martial art dating back over 1000 years. The Ninja were ordinary people who trained themselves to become effective fighters in a world where there were threats all around. Ninjutsu is not a sport; there are no rules, regulations, or competitions. The only aim is to learn to protect oneself and those we care about.
The art is suitable for both men and women. There is no need to have studied a martial art before, as Ninjutsu is quite different to most others. You do not have to have a high level of fitness, as Ninjutsu is a great way of getting fit as well as learning to defend your self.
The only requirement that we have is that you are at least 18 years of age. Younger students may be considered but only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please look through our site. There’s a lot of information here about the art and the way in which we train. The site is being constantly updated and improved, so don’t forget to come back and see what’s new.
